The Power of Digital Marketing for Fraternal Organizations

Updated: Nov 13

"We had been doing our own social media for years, and we just kind of got stuck. We weren't growing our followers. Our content was just kind of bland. We weren't really achieving anything with it. As a fraternal organization, we kind of got stuck in our own little world. Members were sharing everything, showing everything, but we just couldn't get out of our own shadow. So it wasn't going farther than our own community.
We had been kind of watching OOT Box for a while and seeing what they've done for themselves and other people in the community. So we waited a little too long to come over. Our following has grown. We're reaching a bigger audience with better content, better communication. And so every event that we've had that we've had them push for us has grown by leaps and bounds.
Everything we do as an organization requires people to come to us and be a part of our group. Whether it's seeking out new membership, asking people to come to the circus or to the different events we have during the year. Everything that OOT Box has done for Ansar has created amazing results. We asked them to help us with a membership drive. Pushing it beforehand, they were there at the day of the event, and we were able to bring in a great amount of new members out of that event. We have also already received more interest into circus this year than we have in years past.
The content they create, the way they use marketing and digital marketing, are ways that, as an organization, we've never done before. So we are reaching an entire new set of people coming in and seeing our events. It's probably the easiest decision that we've ever made as an organization. They work as an extension of our business. They are incredibly easy to work with. We give them an idea and they take that idea and just blow it up into something we could never have imagined. It is money well spent.
Working with OOT Box is not only building our foundation, what we're doing now, but everything that we're working with is building our future. It's incredibly easy and that makes it easier for us to do our jobs. And we're not having to worry about media and we're going to spend our time worrying about what we need to do as an organization such as building opportunity and supporting our hospitals. It takes a lot of the work that we spent a lot of time trying to do and just makes it easier to just do."
